You are as comfortable in a design review as in a steering committee: you understand systems well enough to see delivery risk, and you explain it in terms the business can understand and act on.\nThis is a senior individual contributor role. As the business grows, so does the number of programs running at once, and leaders need one person who can tell them what is on track, what is at risk and where a decision is needed. You will also set the standard for how technical program management works in Enterprise Technology. AI tools are part of how we plan and communicate; you are expected to use them.\nWe are considering applicants for the Dallas location (in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).\nAbout the role\nAs a Principal TPM, you will:\nOrganize, plan, and track ongoing technical projects and critical initiatives for the Enterprise Technology team, with a specific focus on Digital Supply Chain.\nDrive daily technical execution across engineering teams, ensuring progress against design milestones, system readiness, and delivery timelines.\nTranslate high-level business needs into technically feasible and prioritized requirements. Ensure every initiative has clear technical definitions and delivery criteria.\nPartner with engineering leads to understand technical architecture and align roadmaps with execution plans.
