Whether that experience is online or in-person, streaming video, theatrical, games, merchandise, events and more, it’s powered by the anime content we all love.\nJoin our team, and help us shape the future of anime!\nAbout the role\nAs the Senior Manager, Enterprise Technology Operations, you will manage the Enterprise Technology budget and forecast, vendor contracts and renewals, headcount and contractor tracking, and leadership reporting. You are the single point of contact for Finance, Sourcing and the leadership team.\nThis is a senior individual contributor role. The leadership team will rely on you for an accurate, current view of spend, vendors, and headcount, and for recommendations based on it. You will be the first person in this role and will build the processes and reporting.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage Enterprise Technology budget and forecast for software, services and contractors, including the annual plan, monthly forecast, variance analysis and reconciliation with Finance.\nMaintain a single view of spend across the portfolio by domain, vendor and cost type, used by the leadership team and Finance.\nMaintain a complete view of the vendor portfolio: vendors, contract terms and commitments, costs and renewal dates.\nLead renewal planning for major contracts in partnership with Sourcing, including timeline, negotiation position and coordination with Legal and other stakeholders.\nAnalyze license utilization, overlap and cost across software portfolio, and recommend to Technical Product and Engineering what to expand, consolidate or retire ahead of each renewal.\nReport the cost of running each domain and system to the leadership team as an input to buy, configure or build and prioritization decisions.\nTrack headcount, open roles and contractors against the approved plan, and keep the position list current for Finance and other stakeholders. \nProvide cost, licensing and contract analysis for buy, configure or build evaluations.\nWork with FP&A on leadership reporting for Enterprise Technology, adding vendor spend, renewals, hiring status and operating metrics to the financials.\nWhat We're Looking For\n12+ years in technology business operations, technology finance, vendor management or an equivalent role in engineering organization, including at least 3 years managing a multi million dollar software and services budget.\nExperience running an annual budget and monthly forecast for a technology team, including variance analysis and reconciliation with Finance.\nExperience managing a vendor contract portfolio, including renewals, negotiation support with a Sourcing or Procurement team, true-ups and SOW.\nWorking knowledge of SaaS licensing models and cloud cost management, and experience with procure-to-pay and contract management systems.\nUnderstands the boundary between commercial ownership and technical or delivery ownership, and works within it.\nNice to Have\nExperience with Coupa or a comparable procure-to-pay platform.\nExperience with contract management systems.\nCompliance sensitive or audit controlled procurement and spend processes.\nWhy you will love working at Crunchyroll\nIn addition to getting to work with fun, passionate and inspired colleagues, you will also enjoy the following benefits and perks:\nReceive a great compensation package including salary plus performance bonus earning potential, paid annually.\nFlexible time off policies allowing you to take the time you need to be your whole self.\nGenerous medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, and life insurance\nHealth Saving Account HSA program\nHealth care and dependent care FSA\n401(k) plan, with employer match\nEmployer paid commuter benefit\nSupport program for new parents\nPet insurance and some of our offices are pet friendly!\n#LifeAtCrunchyroll #LI-Hybrid\nAbout our Values\nWe want to be everything for someone rather than something for everyone and we do this by living and modeling our values in all that we do.
