Based in our London office, you will lead the workplace strategy and day-to-day operations for our EMEA locations. You will have direct management responsibility for Workplace Managers overseeing our offices inParis, Chisinau, and Berlin as well as day to day management of our London office.\nAs the EMEA portfolio currently consists of boutique, tight-knit offices, your focus will be on creating highly curated, culturally rich employee experiences while scaling operations efficiently across diverse European regulatory environments. You will partner with local and global teams in Security, People Services, IT/AV, and Finance to ensure operational excellence.\nWorkplace Experience & Operations\nDistributed Team Leadership: Lead and mentor Workplace Managers in Paris, Chisinau, and Berlin, ensuring alignment with Crunchyroll’s global culture while respecting local European workplace traditions.\nBoutique Office Excellence: Ensure our European offices feel vibrant, connected, and fully operational, providing hands-on support during regular site visits.\nFacilities & Facilities Management: Direct day-to-day workplace operations across EMEA offices, ensuring agile space planning, reliable building systems, and highly functional work environments.\n Localized Vendor Management: Oversee regional vendors (catering, snacks, janitorial, local facilities services), ensuring compliance with local sustainability, health, and safety standards.\nCommunity & Belonging: Guide local managers in planning inclusive office events, cultural celebrations, and ERG-partnered activations that build a strong sense of community across EMEA.\nStrategic Planning and Budgeting\nEMEA Budget Management: Manage and forecast the Workplace Experience budget for the EMEA region, maximizing resources across multiple currencies and tax jurisdictions.\nUtilization & Footprint Strategy: Develop workplace strategies that optimize office utilization and adapt to the unique workspace expectations of the European workforce.\nGlobal-to-Local Alignment: Translate global workplace initiatives from Senior Management into executable, locally relevant plans for European offices.\nSafety and Security\nEuropean Compliance: Partner with Global Safety and Security to implement safety and physical security programs that align with GDPR, local labor councils, and European safety regulations.\nIncident Response: Serve as the regional escalation point for emergencies, coordinating swift responses with local building management, internal teams, and external emergency services.\nLocal Readiness: Lead emergency preparedness and health/safety compliance for the London office, while coaching continental managers on their local requirements.\nProject Management & Corporate Real Estate\nProject Delivery: Oversee EMEA workplace projects, including office refreshes, lease renewals, or relocations, ensuring minimal disruption to local teams.\nCross-Functional Partnering: Collaborate with global Real Estate, IT/AV, Finance, and Legal to manage project lifecycles and mitigate regional dependencies.\nVendor Coordination: Manage relationships with architects, contractors, and furniture suppliers to ensure quality control and cost efficiency.\nQualifications\n 8+ years of experience in Workplace Experience, Facilities Management, or Hospitality, including experience managing distributed, multi-site teams across Europe.\nDeep understanding of regional workplace regulations, health and safety standards, and vendor landscapes.\nExceptional cross-cultural communication skills; multi-lingual capabilities (e.g., French, German) are a strong plus.\nProficient with Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, and workplace management tools.\nAdditional Information\nSchedule: Full-time, primarily on-site in London.\n Travel: Moderate travel required.\nWhy you will love working at Crunchyroll\nIn addition to getting to work with fun, passionate and inspired colleagues, you will also enjoy the following benefits and perks:\nReceive a great compensation package including salary plus performance bonus earning potential, paid annually.\nFlexible time off policies allowing you to take the time you need to be your whole self.\nGenerous medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, and life insurance\nHealth Saving Account HSA program\nHealth care and dependent care FSA\n401(k) plan, with employer match\nEmployer paid commuter benefit\nSupport program for new parents\nPet insurance and some of our offices are pet friendly!\n#LifeAtCrunchyroll ((select from the following job modalities for this role: #LI-Hybrid #LI-remote #LI-onsite))\nAbout our Values\nWe want to be everything for someone rather than something for everyone and we do this by living and modeling our values in all that we do.
