You will work closely with Business teams and Engineering to define what our systems need to do, set the roadmap in partnership with the teams that own the business process, and make sure the technology keeps pace with a growing global business.\nThis is a senior individual contributor role with broad influence across complex systems and business processes. You bring deep domain expertise, technical depth and product judgment, and you help set the standard for how Technical Product works across Enterprise Technology. AI and automation are increasingly part of how we work; you are expected to use them directly in your own work and to identify where they create meaningful value in your domain.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn one or more enterprise systems end to end: roadmap, backlog and priority, requirements, and the health of the system over its full lifecycle.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional business partners to translate operational goals into functional, data, API, and platform requirements that engineering teams can build against.\nServe as the single accountable owner for how your systems behave in production. You hold system knowledge organization depends on, decide what a problem means for the roadmap, and determine when a change requires Engineering.\nMaintain first-hand technical depth across your systems so that you can analyze data, investigate issues independently, identify recurring operational patterns, and translate system diagnostics into roadmap priorities.\nUnderstand software partner roadmaps, identify feature needs, handle vendor issues, and align external updates with internal plans.\nEvaluate product impact and drive continuous optimization by tracking usage adoption, platform health metrics, support ticket trends, and core business outcomes to justify future roadmap expansion.\nAbout You\n15+ years of relevant experience, including significant experience in technical product management, enterprise systems or technology product ownership, with at least 3 years at senior or principal scope.\nDemonstrated experience owning the roadmap and full lifecycle of complex enterprise systems, including upgrades, vendor changes and adoption, not only launches.\nStrong technical fluency across APIs, integrations, data, cloud platforms and enterprise applications, and the ability to write requirements engineers can execute against.\nComfortable working directly with data and systems: SQL or equivalent, reading logs, reproducing and diagnosing issues.\nExperience making prioritization and product decisions across multiple stakeholders, dependencies and competing business needs, and holding the line between what the system must do and how it is built.\nDemonstrated hands-on use of AI-assisted tools in product work, with the ability and willingness to incorporate new capabilities into requirements, analysis, documentation and day-to-day productivity.\nExperience as the accountable owner of a system and the single point of contact for the teams that use it, including diagnosing issues to the point where it is clear whether an engineering change is needed.\nAbility to influence senior stakeholders and technical teams across a globally distributed organization without relying on formal authority.\nNice to Have\nExperience with compliance-sensitive or audit-controlled systems.\nExperience with large-scale integrations, integration platforms or data workflows.\nExperience in media, entertainment or streaming.\nPrior experience in engineering, systems analysis, platform administration or another hands-on technical discipline.\nWhy you will love working at Crunchyroll\nIn addition to getting to work with fun, passionate and inspired colleagues, you will also enjoy the following benefits and perks:\nReceive a great compensation package including salary plus performance bonus earning potential, paid annually.\nFlexible time off policies allowing you to take the time you need to be your whole self.\nGenerous medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, and life insurance\nHealth Saving Account HSA program\nHealth care and dependent care FSA\n401(k) plan, with employer match\nEmployer paid commuter benefit\nSupport program for new parents\nPet insurance and some of our offices are pet friendly!\n#LifeAtCrunchyroll #LI-Hybrid \nAbout our Values\nWe want to be everything for someone rather than something for everyone and we do this by living and modeling our values in all that we do.
