You’ll recruit across a variety of Finance related roles like Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Strategic Finance.\nThis role is designed for a highly autonomous recruiter who can run complex, high-bar hiring end-to-end, manage senior stakeholders, and operate as a true talent partner. You will inherit an active, high-impact requisition load and play a critical role in enabling the recruiting team to scale by taking ownership of execution while leadership focuses on strategy, planning, and org design.\nThis is a six month contract with potential to extend or become a full-time role based on business need.\nWhat You’ll Be Working On:\nOwn full-cycle recruiting for Finance, Business Operations and Strategic Finance roles across Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Strategic Finance, from mid-level through director\n\nPartner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders as a strategic advisor, not just an executor\n\nBuild and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach into various talent pools\n\nRun intake sessions, structure interview processes, and design role-appropriate technical and customer-facing assessments\n\nScreen for the blend of technical depth and customer-facing skill these roles require, and calibrate the bar with hiring managers early\n\nConduct candidate interviews, provide timely updates, and lead compensation negotiations\n\nManage a high-volume, high-complexity req load independently with minimal oversight\n\nKeep pipeline data, notes, and status current in the ATS so leadership can see progress without asking\n\nWhat You’ll Bring to the Team:\n7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, mostly in Finance and Strategic Finance, across several functions such as Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Strategic Finance\n\nTrack record of hiring quota-carrying and customer-facing roles, plus a good grasp of how Finance and Strategic Finance teams are structured and measured\n\nProven ability to run senior and hard-to-fill searches from start to finish with limited support\n\nStrong sourcing skills, including passive candidate outreach through LinkedIn and other tools\n\nAbility to assess what makes someone successful in different Finance and Strategic Finance functions, from commercial acumen to technical fluency to customer empathy\n\nExperience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders, including hiring managers at director level and above\n\nSkilled in salary and equity negotiation\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills\n\nHighly organized, with strong attention to detail and time management\n\nData-driven: you use recruiting metrics and market trends to guide hiring strategy\n\nBonus Points:\nExperience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments\n\nProven ability to consistently meet or exceed hiring goals\n\nExperience keeping detailed documentation in an ATS\n\nCompensation:\nCompensation will be paid in the hourly range of $70.00 - $80.00 Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.\nCrusoe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
