This position will ensure accurate, timely scheduling and forecasting of project timelines using Primavera P6 across our data center developments.\nWhat You'll Be Working On:\nDevelop and manage comprehensive construction project schedules using Primavera P6 for Crusoe’s hyperscale data center initiatives\n\nCollaborate with development, construction, engineering, and operations teams to maintain milestone programs and ensure alignment with overall project goals\n\nPerform schedule risk assessments and support mitigation planning\n\nLead critical path and near-critical path reviews with cross-functional stakeholders\n\nGenerate schedule reports and support project controls team with analytics and forecast updates\n\nCoordinate scope alignment with trades and internal and external teams to ensure schedule accuracy\n\nProvide recovery plans and corrective action guidance when delays or risks are identified\n\nTrack schedule deliverables, dependencies, facilitate schedule review meetings, and provide what-if scenario analysis with\n\nSupport reporting requirements for leadership, clients, and regulatory compliance\n\nConduct regular site visits to assess progress and validate contractor performance against schedule\n\nWhat You'll Bring to the Team:\n5+ years of hands-on experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project on large-scale construction projects\n\nExperience with data centers, high-tech infrastructure, or mission-critical facilities strongly preferred\n\nFamiliarity with float management, critical path method (CPM), and sequencing logic\n\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)\n\nStrong communication skills; ability to synthesize complex schedule data into clear concise updates for internal and external stakeholders and leadership\n\nProficiency in Primavera P6, Smartsheet and Microsoft Office\n\nCertifications such as PMP, PSP (AACE), or CMMA a plus\n\nBenefits:\nCompetitive compensation\n\nRestricted Stock Units\n\nPaid time off & paid holidays\n\nComprehensive health, dental & vision insurance\n\nEmployer contributions to HSA account\n\nPaid parental leave\n\nPaid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability\n\nProfessional development & tuition reimbursement\n\nMental health & wellness support\n\nCommuter benefits (parking & transit)\n\nCell phone stipend\n\n401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salary\n\nVolunteer time off\n\nCompensation Range\nCompensation will be paid in the range of up to $165,000-$210,000 + Bonus.
