This role is ideal for an engineer who has moved beyond foundational networking and is ready to take ownership of medium-to-large network projects while continuing to grow toward an intermediate or advanced-level role.\nYou'll work closely with IT Operations, Systems Engineering, Security, and Project Management teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable network solutions across all corporate locations, with a clear path toward Senior Network Engineer responsibilities as you grow in the role.\nWhat You'll Be Working On:\nDesign, implement, and support network infrastructure across offices, warehouses, and datacenters: full site-build lifecycle (topology, IP/VLAN/subnet design, wireless planning, redundancy/failover), BOMs, expansions, migrations, and refreshes.\n\nAdminister, monitor, and troubleshoot the full network stack (firewalls, switches, wireless), serving as an escalation point for complex issues, driving root cause analysis, and participating in on-call/after-hours support.\n\nEnsure configurations align with security policies, support audits and vulnerability remediation, and assist with security system integrations (cameras, access control).\n\nConfigure SaaS integrations (SSO, SCIM, OIDC, OAuth - primarily Okta) and build automations/workflows using low-code/API tools like Workato and Postman, in partnership with IT and Security.\n\nBring an automation-first mindset: proactively identifying ways to reduce manual work and staying current on AI-assisted tools for IT infrastructure and ops.\n\nMaintain network documentation (diagrams, IP schemas, VLAN assignments, rack elevations, port maps) and contribute to standardizing designs and deployment patterns.\n\nCollaborate with Senior Network Architect and Engineers on complex initiatives, liaise with vendors/ISPs/carriers on circuit turn-ups, and mentor Network Analysts.\n\nTravel up to 20% may be required to support site deployments.\n\nWhat You'll Bring to the Team:\n5+ years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer in office, warehouse, or datacenter environments.\n\nStrong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing.\n\nSolid knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking protocols.\n\nExperience with wired and wireless enterprise networks.\n\nPractical experience with circuit provisioning and carrier management.\n\nAbility to analyze and troubleshoot network connectivity issues efficiently using Wireshark.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.\n\nComfortable owning network components or projects end-to-end.\n\nAbility to work effectively across IT, Security, and Operations teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\n\nA growth mindset: eager to learn new platforms and progress toward senior-level responsibilities.\n\nBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nBonus Points\nCisco Meraki experience (firewall, switching, wireless).\n\nCCNA or equivalent certification.\n\nExperience with WAN technologies (MPLS, DIA, SD-WAN), VPNs, and monitoring tools.\n\nFamiliarity with Lucid, Jira, IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, including SSO/SCIM/OIDC), low-code automation tools (e.g., Workato, Postman), and AI-assisted workflows.\n\nBenefits:\nCompetitive compensation and equity packages\n\nRestricted Stock Units\n\nPaid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programs\n\nComprehensive health, dental & vision insurance\n\nEmployer contributions to HSA account\n\nPaid parental leave\n\nPaid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability\n\nProfessional development & tuition reimbursement\n\nMental health & wellness support\n\nCommuter benefits (parking & transit)\n\nCell phone stipend\n\n401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salary\n\nVolunteer time off\n\nGlobal travel insurance & emergency assistance\n\nDaily meals allowance\n\nAdditional perks & programs specific to location\n\nCompensation Range\nCompensation will be paid in the range of up to $125,000 -$147,500 + Bonus.
