Our storage stack is what keeps tens of thousands of GPUs fed with data, whether that means block volumes for fast bootups, a shared file system for a training cluster, or the object storage tier a physical AI customer depends on.\nThe Cloud Storage team at Crusoe is seeking a Staff TPM to serve as the main execution driver for our most impactful, cross-team programs. You will be a multiplier, responsible for executing the Product and Engineering strategy, create scalable processes, and allow the team to execute predictably.\nWhat You'll Be Working On:\nEnd-to-end program delivery for Storage Engineering, spanning multi-quarter release planning, dependency governance, and executive communication.\n\nComplex, high-risk programs including feature rollouts, new Storage deployments, and platform resiliency.\n\nCross-functional alignment across IaaS, Cloud Foundations, Data Center Operations, and external storage providers.\n\nProactive risk identification across programs and vendor timelines.\n\nLightweight, scalable TPM frameworks suited to Crusoe's pace; real-time execution dashboards and crisp, data-driven executive updates.\n\nWhat You'll Bring to the Team:\nTechnical Foundation\nIn-depth understanding of cloud technologies, platforms, and services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).\n\nExperience building and launching storage products, such as block volumes, file-systems, or object storage.\n\nDirect technical experience working with storage hardware, protocols, or file systems.\n\nAbility to engage credibly with engineering on technical topics and tradeoffs.\n\nProven ability to help define, scope, and document ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives with minimal guidance.\n\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.\n\nProgram Leadership\n7+ years as a Technical Program Manager in fast-paced technical environments, with a track record of owning complex programs end-to-end across engineering and product organizations.\n\nProven ability to drive alignment across engineering, product, and infrastructure leadership without direct authority.\n\nExperience building execution models in low-structure environments where the process did not yet exist.\n\nExceptional written and verbal communication for delivering clear, data-driven updates to executive stakeholders.\n\nActive, daily use of AI tools to improve program execution, risk detection, and communication.\n\nBonus Points\nBachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field;\n\n5+ years experience working with execution teams building Storage platforms/services\n\nExperience coaching or mentoring junior TPMs in a high-growth technical environment.\n\nExposure to multi-site or globally distributed engineering teams.\n\nBackground at a Series D to Series F company or a high-performing team within a hyperscaler focused on AI infrastructure.\n\nBenefits:\nCompetitive compensation and equity packages\n\nRestricted Stock Units\n\nPaid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programs\n\nComprehensive health, dental & vision insurance\n\nEmployer contributions to HSA account\n\nPaid parental leave\n\nPaid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability\n\nProfessional development & tuition reimbursement\n\nMental health & wellness support\n\nCommuter benefits (parking & transit)\n\nCell phone stipend\n\n401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salary\n\nVolunteer time off\n\nGlobal travel insurance & emergency assistance\n\nDaily meals allowance\n\nAdditional perks & programs specific to location\n\nCompensation Range\nCompensation will be paid in the range of up to $200,000-$240,000 + Bonus.
