This role is ideal for a deeply analytical finance professional who brings hands-on expertise in investment oversight and interest rate hedging, and who can operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-growing, complex environment. As a high-visibility member of the Treasury leadership team, you will drive process discipline, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.\nWhat You’ll Be Working On:\nDrive the build-out and oversight of banking and investment infrastructure required to support the execution of multi-billion-dollar projects\n\nOversee the company's investment portfolio, including day-to-day monitoring and management of external investment advisor relationships; ensure alignment with the Investment Policy Statement (IPS)\n\nAnalyze interest rate market conditions and risk exposure to inform hedging strategy; support the evaluation, recommendation, and execution of derivative transactions, and ensure strict compliance with lender-mandated hedging requirements.\n\nOwn lender debt covenant compliance across multiple SPVs and legal entities-including monitoring, reporting, and lender communications-and proactively manage covenant headroom across the company's growing credit facility portfolio.\n\nDesign and implement a robust reporting and monitoring framework for all existing and future debt facilities, ensuring operational feasibility and risk mitigation as the debt portfolio expands.\n\nSupport liquidity forecasting efforts in partnership with Finance and key business stakeholders, ensuring capital allocation decisions are informed by rigorous and forward-looking analysis\n\nLead strategic analytical support for key initiatives across the organization, ensuring capital is deployed efficiently and risk is managed proactively\n\nSupport Treasury cash management team activities, ensuring optimal positioning of global cash balances and the seamless execution of high-value transactions\n\nBuild and maintain executive-level reporting packages, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership using Excel and PowerPoint\n\nWhat You’ll Bring to the Team:\n7+ years’ experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Investment Management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment\n\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field\n\nHighly advanced quantitative and analytical skills\n\nExceptional Excel modeling skills, with the ability to create detailed and complex financial models from scratch for a variety of purposes\n\nStrong command of financial theory (economics, capital structure, WACC, derivatives, portfolio management, company valuations, etc.) and its practical applications\n\nDetail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and precision in financial analysis and reporting\n\nAbility to analyze legal documents and understand the technical and accounting implications of complex transactions\n\nDemonstrated experience overseeing investment portfolios and managing external investment advisor relationships, with strong working knowledge of fixed income\n\nHands-on experience with interest rate derivatives, hedging strategy development and execution, and ongoing effectiveness monitoring\n\nTrack record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional workstreams and delivering results through direct management and organizational influence\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to distill complex topics into manageable recommendations\n\nSelf-starter who can multitask and deliver in a dynamic environment under tight timelines, iterative fact-sets, and changing priorities; must be “hands-on\"\n\nPositive attitude and a solutions-focused approach\n\nBonus Points:\nCFA Charterholder, or progress toward\n\nMBA, Master of Finance, or equivalent experience\n\nKnowledge of Bloomberg modeling tools and API syntax\n\nBenefits:\nCompetitive compensation and equity packages\n\nRestricted Stock Units\n\nPaid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programs\n\nComprehensive health, dental & vision insurance\n\nEmployer contributions to HSA account\n\nPaid parental leave\n\nPaid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability\n\nProfessional development & tuition reimbursement\n\nMental health & wellness support\n\nCommuter benefits (parking & transit)\n\nCell phone stipend\n\n401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salary\n\nVolunteer time off\n\nGlobal travel insurance & emergency assistance\n\nDaily meals allowance\n\nAdditional perks & programs specific to location\n\nCompensation Range\nCompensation will be paid in the range of up to $110,000 - $140,000 + Bonus.
