As the first point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors, you will deliver a warm, professional front desk experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing workplace.\nThis is a full-time, in-office position based in our San Francisco office, requiring on-site presence five days per week. In this hands-on role, you will partner closely with the Workplace Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, support employee engagement initiatives, and help foster a welcoming, productive, and inclusive office environment.\nAs Crusoe continues to scale, your adaptability, attention to detail, and dedication to operational excellence will play a key role in shaping our San Francisco office into a thriving hub for our team.\nWhat You'll Be Working On:\nServe as the face of the San Francisco office, providing a friendly, professional, and consistent front desk experience for employees, visitors, and vendors\n\nManage visitor check-ins using the visitor management system and ensure adherence to security protocols.\n\nSupport daily front desk and office operations, acting as the primary point of contact for general workplace inquiries.\n\nConduct regular walkthroughs to ensure conference rooms, shared spaces, and office areas are clean, organized, stocked, and fully functional.
