You will own full-cycle recruiting for roles across all levels. You may also jump in to help across other roles at Crux from time to time - helping us achieve our ambitious goals in 2027 and beyond!\nYour expertise will be crucial in building a high-performing team that reflects Crux’s mission, values, and standards of excellence, and you’ll help hire top-tier talent and inform our strategy / approach on commercial hiring working with our leadership team.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner with hiring managers across commercial teams to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.\n\nOwn and manage the end-to-end recruiting process for all commercial roles.\n\nSource and engage top talent across finance, fintech, banking, advisory and clean energy markets.\n\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines, particularly for revenue-generating and client-facing roles.\n\nDeliver a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience that reflects Crux’s brand and values.\n\nAnalyze and report recruiting metrics to drive decisions and improve efficiency.\n\nCollaborate with People/HR to refine processes, interview structure, and ensure our processes are inclusive and in line with our company values.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nIndustry specific expertise we prioritize experience recruiting for clean energy, renewables or manufacturing, with a focus on coverage, advisory and finance. Experience in banking, private equity and/or service providers in the clean energy and infrastructure sectors are examples of relevant expertise.
