This role is responsible for accurately processing orders, responding to product and service inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration across departments.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nRespond to customer communications received via phone, email, and other channels.\nIdentify customer needs and provide timely, accurate, and effective solutions.\nProcess and manage customer orders from receipt through completion.\nProvide customers with information regarding products, pricing, promotions, and services.\nInvestigate, document, and resolve customer complaints and service issues.\nComplete and maintain customer account documentation as required.\nReview and authorize product returns in accordance with company policies.\nMaintain accurate customer records within company business systems.\nDocument all customer interactions and transactions.\nCommunicate policy or process changes affecting customers.\nCollaborate with Customer Service Management and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.\nContribute to team objectives and support departmental initiatives as needed.\nMeet established performance, quality, and development goals.\nFollow departmental procedures, work instructions, and approved scripts when Service\nCall Center Operations\nPhone Support\nSales Support\nService Support\nSales Administration\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including:Outlook\nWord\nExcel\nStrong typing, spelling, and grammar skills.\n\nPreferred\nSome college coursework or relevant customer service certifications.\nExperience with order processing or ERP systems.\nExperience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment.\nPowerPoint proficiency.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with JD Edwards (JDE).\nSpanish language proficiency.\nExperience supporting B2B customers.\nKnowledge of order management and fulfillment
