We’re hiring aLogistic Center Technician to support our operations in Hoofddorp. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth handling of temperature-controlled shippers and maintaining high standards in warehouse processes.\nThis is ashift-based role, with two fixed options:\nEarly shift: 06:00-15:00\nDay shift: 08:00-17:00 Each shift includes a 1-hour break.\nYour daily duties\nReceive, inspect, clean, and test temperature-controlled shippers.\n\nProcess shipments using Cryoportal 2.0 in line with SOPs and work instructions.\n\nMaintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation.\n\nOperate mechanical equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently.\n\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support logistics operations.\n\nParticipate in audits and facility presentations when needed.\n\nIf you hold a valid Class B driver’s license and are comfortable driving, you may occasionally support short delivery routes (less than a day) as aback-up driver -only if you’re in agreement.\nWhat You Bring\nHAVO or VWO level education.\n\nPhysical ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform frequent physical tasks.\n\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\n\nProficiency in English and basic computer tools (Chrome/Edge, Microsoft Office).\n\nExperience in warehouse operations (pick/pack, inventory control) is a plus.\n\nFamiliarity with cGMP, GDP, Lean Six Sigma, or Kanban is an advantage.\n\nJoin a team that values integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
