The Logistics Coordinator will report to one or more Logistics Managers and is responsible for alerting the logistics management team of any shipments with delays or other potential causes for concern, assisting with special projects, miscellaneous tasks as needed, and answering the logistics helpline to address or redirect calls.\nPrimary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nMonitoring of exceptions of live shipments through Cryoport’s web portal and e-mail notifications\nEscalating exceptions internally to Logistics Managers\nAnswering and routing client and carrier communications internally\nExternal communications to carriers and clients throughout shipment\nFollowing up with written and verbal communication\nManaging inbound calls and redirecting to appropriate parties\nOnboarding new client\nOrder entry and order approvals\nPerform daily revenue audits to ensure all applicable shipment charges, services, and additional fees are accurately captured.\nCollaborate with Finance and the Quote Team to identify and resolve missing charges, billing discrepancies, and potential revenue leakage.\nEnsure timely follow-up and resolution of revenue-related exceptions to support accurate billing and maximise revenue capture.\nGeneral\nRegular interaction with internal departments such as Operations, Accounting, Management, Sales, etc.\nAdministrative tasks such as data entry required, but not limited to\nA readiness to assume other duties as assigned\nA willingness to work after hours and/or weekend shifts if needed\nCompetencies\nResults driven, attention to detail, process-oriented\nAbility to meet deadlines consistently\nAbility to listen, understand and evaluate logistical issues\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written\nProven record of initiative and dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of clients\nDemonstrated ability to take initiative and find innovative ways of delivering solutions.\nAbility to develop professional, supportive relationships with clients, vendors and internal employees.\nWillingness to continually embrace personal and professional development\nQualifications and Education Requirements\nHigh school diploma or GED required\nMust be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook\n2+ years of General Logistics management & Customer Service preferred\nCompensation: $22 hr.\nCryoport is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
