One position will support the morning shift and one position will support the afternoon shift.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced GMP manufacturing professional who enjoys combining hands-on production work with operational leadership and team support.\nYour mission\nAs a Kitting Team Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily kitting operations. Working closely with the Operations Supervisor, you will coordinate shopfloor activities, support operators, monitor production progress, and help ensure that safety, quality, and delivery objectives are achieved.\nThis is a hands-on role: you'll actively participate in production activities while serving as the primary point of contact for operators during your shift.\nWhat you'll do\nSupport and coordinate daily kitting operations in a GMP-regulated environment.\nEnsure production priorities are clearly communicated and executed.\nProvide day-to-day guidance and support to operators on the shop floor.\nMonitor workload, production progress, and operational performance.\nIdentify and escalate operational, quality, or resource-related issues.\nSupport onboarding and training of new team members.\nEnsure GMP compliance and accurate completion of production documentation.\nCollaborate closely with Production, QA, QC, Logistics, and other departments.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.\nWho we're looking For\nMinimum 3 years of experience in cleanroom manufacturing, kitting operations, logistics, or another regulated production environment.\nGood understanding of GMP and quality systems.\nPrevious experience coaching, training, or supporting operators.\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nNatural leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nFluent French and professional English.\nExperience with ERP systems, MES platforms, and Microsoft Office is an asset.\nBachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or related field is preferred.\nOur offer\nOur offices in Villers-le-Bouillet (Belgium) offer a modern and ergonomic workspace, ideally located between Liège and Namur, with easy highway access.
