environment.\nWhat you’ll do\nCoordinate post-merger integration initiatives and other cross-functional projects.\nTrack project plans, timelines, actions, risks, and stakeholder updates.\nConduct market mapping and research across technology, fintech, and other emerging sectors.\nIdentify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and strategic opportunities.\nSupport cross-functional due diligence activities.\nAssist with transaction execution, including analysis, presentations, and internal materials.\nSupport valuation analysis and financial modelling.\nSynthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations.\nWork with stakeholders across different functions to keep initiatives moving.\nAdapt to changing priorities as deal flow and business needs evolve.\nWhat you’ll bring\n1-3 years of experience in project management, strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, deal advisory, corporate development, or a related analytical role.\nStrong organizational and project management skills.\nThe ability to manage workstreams from initiation through completion.\nExcellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nA proactive approach and a high level of ownership.\nThe ability to work effectively with limited direction and structure.\nComfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change.\nGenuine curiosity about technology, fintech, emerging business models, and non-traditional industries.\nNice to have\nExperience with M&A,
