This is a high-growth, high-visibility business - and the Treasury function sits right at the center of it, safeguarding customer funds and ensuring the liquidity that keeps these markets running.\nRole Overview\nReporting to the North America Treasurer / Head of Treasury, the Senior Treasury Analyst supports treasury-related activities for the FCM and Nadex entities, with a primary focus on cash and liquidity management. The position is critical to ensuring continuous compliance with National Futures Association (NFA) and CFTC regulatory requirements, which demand ongoing monitoring of cash balances, customer segregation, and liquidity sufficiency. This is a hybrid role: in addition to treasury, the analyst carries selected accounting and finance responsibilities, partnering closely with the Accounting and Finance teams on month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting. The role also supports the strategic growth of the derivatives and prediction markets business globally.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead daily cash and liquidity management for FCM and Nadex entities, ensuring sufficient funding to meet all customer and operational obligations.\nContinuously monitor liquidity positions to maintain compliance with NFA and CFTC requirements, including customer segregation and secured funds rules.\nExecute and oversee daily, intraday, and monthly cash movements across settlement, customer, and house accounts.\nManage and enhance relationships with banking partners, clearing FCMs, and third-party service providers (TSPs).\nPrepare and review daily and monthly regulatory reporting for FCM and Nadex entities.\nPartner with Product and Trading teams to support expansion of derivatives offerings and ensure treasury readiness for new products.\nSupport onboarding and operational readiness for Nadex direct members, including customer deposits, withdrawals, and service requests.\nOversee reconciliation processes between trading systems and bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.\nLead the development and distribution of daily treasury dashboards, including performance and liquidity metrics.\nCollaborate across treasury teams to support broader Crypto.com entities and custody/vault operations.\nIdentify and implement process improvements that enhance automation, control, and reporting accuracy.\nAccounting & Finance Responsibilities\nAs a hybrid treasury, accounting, and finance role, this position also contributes to:\nSupport month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations related to treasury and cash operations.\nReconcile general ledger cash and settlement accounts, ensuring activity is recorded accurately and on time.\nPartner with the Accounting and Finance teams on financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.\nHelp maintain internal controls and support internal and external audit requests.\nRegulatory Focus (Critical)\nThis role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with U.S. regulatory requirements applicable to FCMs. It is a deadline-driven function with strict, recurring timelines for regulatory reporting. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nContinuous monitoring of customer segregated funds (CFTC 1.20, 30.7, 22.2).\nDaily verification of sufficient liquidity to meet customer obligations.\nAccurate and timely reporting to the NFA and CFTC.\nMaintenance of appropriate residual interest and liquidity buffers.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.\n5+ years of treasury, accounting, or financial operations experience.\nSolid understanding of cash management and liquidity risk (familiarity with Futures Commission Merchant operations is helpful but can be developed on the job).\nWorking knowledge of core accounting and finance processes, including the general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close.\nExperience with process automation and improving operational efficiency.\nExperience with regulatory reporting frameworks (NFA and CFTC).\nExperience managing banking relationships and payment flows.\nStrong analytical and reconciliation skills.\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.\nDemonstrated strong communication skills, with the ability to partner cross-functionally.\nAbility to operate in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.\nComfortable working to strict, recurring deadlines, particularly for time-sensitive regulatory reporting.\nPreferred Qualifications\nDirect experience at an FCM, Designated Contract Market, clearing house, or derivatives clearing organization.\nWorking knowledge of customer segregation rules (CFTC 1.20, 30.7, 22.2) and residual interest requirements.\nCertified Treasury Professional (CTP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.\nHands-on experience with a treasury management system (TMS) and advanced Microsoft Excel;
