# Junior ML Engineer

Мы ищем начинающего специалиста с практическим пониманием процессов обучения нейросетей. Требуется базовое понимание процессов, методик и принципов машинного обучения, а также желание самостоятельно обучаться и перенимать опыт более опытных коллег. Требования: Высшее математическое образование; Наличие опыта работы по обучению нейросетей; Уверенные навыки программирования (Python) и понимание математической базы ML. Будет плюсом: Опыт обучения или дообучения LLM; Опыт обучения нейросетей и понимание алгоритмов: Supervised Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Backpropagation, SGD, обучение генетическими алгоритмами с нечеткими множествами. Условия: Работа в офисе (гибрид - обсуждается); Работа в аккредитованной ИТ-компании; Оформление в соответствии с ТК РФ; График 5/2 (сб, вс - выходные); Белая ЗП.
