4:00 PM EST\n Opportunity to work closely with product, engineering, and support teams\n**Responsibilities**\n Perform end-to-end manual QA testing across the entire Cryptoworth application\n Pay close attention to specifically flagged features/modules during each testing cycle (as defined by the team)\n Design and execute test cases covering functional, regression, and UI testing\n Identify, document, and log bugs/issues clearly with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and severity\n Create tickets for identified issues and assign them to the relevant team (engineering, product, etc.), tracking them through to resolution\n Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases\n Work closely with developers and product managers to understand feature requirements and edge cases\n Maintain test documentation, checklists, and QA reports\n Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)\n**Education**\n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)\n**Experience**\n Minimum 2 years of professional experience in manual QA / software testing\n Mandatory: prior experience testing accounting, fintech, or financial software platforms\n Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and bug lifecycle management\n Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar)\n Ability to read and understand basic SQL queries for data validation\n Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows\n Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in complex workflows (e.g., calculations, reconciliations, reports)\n**Nice to Have**\n Experience testing crypto, blockchain, or Web3-related products\n Exposure to API testing tools (e.g., Postman)\n Basic understanding of tax engines, cost-basis calculations, or reconciliation logic\n Experience writing test automation scripts (not required, but a plus)\n**Soft Skills**\n Strong ownership mindset -
