The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work both indoors and outdoors. \nJob Duties and Responsibilities\nMaintain the function junction laundry/breakroom by ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.\nKeep supply closets, housekeeping areas, and guest service/housekeeping vans stocked and organized.\nDeliver guest service items as needed (e.g., gift baskets, supplies).\nPerform housekeeping services as requested, including making beds, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and restocking supplies. \nAssist housekeeping team by emptying trash and dirty linen bags from housekeeping vans.\nAssist laundry to ensure guest service items such as blankets, pillows, cribs, and air mattresses are clean and ready for use. \nAddress guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. \nComplete work within designated time frame to maintain operational efficiency.\nAssist in maintaining safety equipment and emergency procedures for the safety of all guests and employees.\nMaintain a friendly, cheerful, and professional manner.\nCollaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience.\nFollow safety guidelines, including those outlined in Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and other safety doctrines.\nContinuously seek ways to improve guest satisfaction. \nPerform other duties as assigned.\nJob Specifications\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse Requirements:\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.\nRequires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp objects and maintain visual acuity for tasks such as using a keyboard, operating equipment, and reading technical information.\nMust be able to bend, squat, climb, push and pull as required for job duties.\nAvailability to work evenings, weekends and
