system.\nProcess outgoing resort mail, shipping and coordinating postage billing via USPS, UPS and FedEx Services.\nAssist with data entry and various resort projects.\nPrepare and maintain records by entering information from received calls, where necessary.\nDispatch Security, Guest Services, and Facilities to handle guest needs.\nAssist Reservation Sales Manager when needed.\nOther duties as assigned.\nJob Specifications\nCompetencies:\nPrevious experience with SMS a plus.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.\nClear and concise verbal communication skills.\nSelf-directed and able to maximize use of time, resources and technology.\nAbility to speak clearly in a well-modulated and pleasant voice.\nAble to analyze, interpret, and present data in various formats.\nAble to work with computers, faxes, copiers, scanners, and various other technologies in office and on resort.\nMaintain office, employee and company confidentiality at all times.\nDependable and meets goals.\nExemplifies professional conduct and adherence to company Core Values.\nEducation:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required.\nPhysical & Other Requirements:\nAbility to lift up to 25lbs.\nRequires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read technical information.\nAbility to work at a computer station for majority of workday.\nEvenings, weekends, and holidays are a regular part of the schedule.\nMust have excellent attendance and conduct record for consideration.\nNon-smoking candidates
