Some flexibility can be allowed with advance notice.\nAverage 40 hours per week during the summer\nAmerican Crystal Sugar Company believes the Intern’s schooling comes first and is willing to adjust the work schedule for school purposes.\nPersonal and Holiday Time\nEarn 1 hour of Earned Sick and Safe Time for every 30 hours worked (up to 48 hours per year)\nReceive pay for regularly scheduled hours on company observed holidays.\nInternship Fees\nMost internships require the student to pay for internship credits/fees.
