closely related technical fields.\nRelevant backgrounds may include:\nConstruction and renovation\nArchitecture\nEngineering\nBuilding materials\nGlass and glazing\nWindows, doors, façades, and architectural systems\nInterior construction\nTechnical manufacturing related to construction\nCandidates should have either:\nRelevant education in engineering, construction, architecture, or another technical discipline\nOR\nStrong hands-on professional experience in construction or a closely related industry.\nThis role is not intended for candidates whose experience is primarily in IT, software development, digital products, automation, or AI project management.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead projects from contract to completion\nOwn the full project lifecycle, including:\nContract and prepayment\nCollection of measurements and technical information\nCoordination of engineering and shop drawings\nProduction preparation\nLogistics and delivery coordination\nInstallation\nFinal project completion\nYou will ensure projects stay on track, deadlines are monitored, and potential risks or delays are addressed proactively.\nBe the main point of contact for clients\nMaintain regular communication with U.S.-based B2C and B2B clients throughout the project lifecycle.\nYou will:\nProvide clear and timely project updates\nExplain project stages and next steps\nManage expectations around timelines, production, delivery, and installation\nHandle objections, concerns, and escalations\nResolve issues professionally and maintain strong client relationships\nCoordinate cross-functional teams\nPartner closely with:\nEngineering\nSales\nScheduling\nProduction\nSupply Chain and Logistics\nDelivery and Installation teams\nYou will ensure information flows efficiently between departments, dependencies are managed, and blockers are resolved before they impact project delivery.\nManage a high-volume portfolio\nProject Managers at Crystalia oversee a significant number of active projects simultaneously, often 100-150+ projects at different stages.\nSuccess in this environment requires strong prioritization, attention to detail, consistent follow-up, and the ability to quickly identify what requires immediate action.\nMaintain project visibility and accuracy\nUse ClickUp, HubSpot, and internal collaboration tools to maintain accurate project information, document progress, track action items, and ensure all stakeholders have up-to-date information.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nExperience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Construction Management, Operations, or a similar role\nConstruction, engineering, architectural, or other relevant technical background\nStrong experience managing projects through multiple stages from initiation to completion\nAbility to manage a large and complex portfolio of active projects\nExcellent written and spoken English\nStrong client-facing communication skills\nAbility to handle objections, complaints, and difficult conversations confidently and professionally\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills\nAbility to identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks early\nStrong
