In this role, you’ll manage different parts of our glazing projects and make sure everything runs smoothly. Your knowledge will be key to delivering high-quality results.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Production launch and control\nStarting production processes: setting up glass orders, checking hardware availability, and ordering any custom hardware or materials if needed.\nInventory planning: forecast demand, ensure warehouses are supplied.\n2. Suppliers and procurement\nSupplier sourcing: identify and evaluate local/international suppliers. \nNegotiate prices, payment terms, delivery timelines.\nOrdering consumables for the installation team and warehouse (based on calls).\nFollowing up with suppliers about order status and solving any issues with delivery or pickup to warehouses.\n3. Drawings and documentation\nReview technical drawings and specifications to create material lists.\nCheck dimensions, finishes, and quality requirements before ordering.\nKeeping track of changes in estimates and documents. \nMaking sure technical documents and component orders are prepared on time for container arrivals.\n4.
