We also believe the best teams make room for individual strengths and interests - and know how to put those talents to work for the project.\nThe Role\nAs an Architectural Project Manager, you’ll lead projects from programming and concept through documentation, construction, and closeout. You’ll be responsible for the big picture while staying engaged in the design and technical decisions that make a project successful.\nYou’ll:\nLead project teams and coordinate multidisciplinary consultants.\nManage project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and quality.\nServe as a trusted, primary point of contact for clients.\nGuide projects through design, documentation, bidding, and construction.\nProtect design intent while balancing budget, schedule, constructability, and owner priorities.\nLead project planning, communication, and decision-making.\nReview design and technical documentation for quality and completeness.\nParticipate in programming, feasibility studies, proposals, and business development.\nMentor and support architects and designers while helping build stronger project teams.\nMost importantly, you’ll own the outcome. We want PMs who are comfortable making decisions, anticipating problems, bringing people together, and pushing a project forward.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nYou’re an architect and project leader who combines design judgment with strong project management skills.
