We offer full service in-house architecture/engineering design capabilities and typically work on a diverse array of projects including Higher Education, Municipal Facilities, Industrial, Design-build, Aviation and Healthcare.\nResponsibilities include working on all phases of projects such as client relationships, design, specifications, project team coordination, construction documents, code analysis and consultant interaction.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities\n10+ years of related mechanical/HVAC design and project management experience.\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering \nProfessional licensure PE is preferred\nComprehensive understanding of design and construction documents.\nProficiency in CADD & REVIT.\nKnowledge of building codes.\nAbility to succeed in small and large multi-disciplinary team environments.\nAbility to set deadlines, assign resources, monitor/summarize project progress.\nGood graphic, communications (verbal and written) and presentation skills.\nSelf-motivated with ability to lead small and large project teams and multiple projects from concept to construction.\nHigher Education and Healthcare experience\nExperience working with both private and public clients\nEstimated Compensation Range and Benefits\n$100,000- $150,000/year*\n*Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, geographical location and market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.\nLearn about our comprehensive Benefits\nWHO WE ARE: C&S Companies is a national planning, design, and construction firm with more than 600 employees and growing.
