Through innovation, collaboration, and sustainable growth, we connect Swiss quality standards with the energy of Mauritius’ vibrant professional community.\n\nWe are looking for a motivated **HR Trainee** to support our People and Operations team and gain practical experience across recruitment, employee administration, and day-to-day HR activities.\n\nYour Responsibilities\n\nUnder the guidance of the People and Operations Lead, you will:\n\n- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including preparing documents and coordinating checklists.\n- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.\n- Help prepare employment letters, HR correspondence, and other employee documentation.\n- Assist with attendance tracking, leave records, and the preparation of payroll inputs.\n- Support the implementation and communication of company policies and procedures.\n- Prepare basic HR reports and contribute to HR and administrative projects.\n- Handle employee and candidate information with care, discretion, and confidentiality.\n\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n\n- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.\n- A strong interest in HR and a willingness to learn.\n- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through on assigned tasks.\n- A professional attitude, initiative, and a collaborative approach.\n- Good communication and interpersonal skills.\n- Good command of English and French\n- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.\n- Discretion and respect for confidential information.\n\nPrevious internship or administrative experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n- Practical experience across recruitment, HR administration, and employee support.\n- Guidance and support from the People and Operations Lead.\n- Exposure to an international business environment connecting Mauritius and Switzerland.\n- A welcoming, collaborative team that values initiative and new ideas.\n- Opportunities to develop your professional skills and take on responsibilities as you progress.\n\nIf you are curious, organized, and motivated to begin your career in HR, we would like to hear from you.\n\n**VIZION SWIS │ TALANT MORISIEN │ TO AVANTAJ**\n\nPlease submit your CV and relevant academic certificates.
