If you’re ready to take on a challenge and make an impact, CSC is the place for you.\nWhat you’ll do for us:\nWork with the team to help manage the contracts, agreements etc. by advancing documents through the initial process to its completion.\nEnsure that all legal templates are updated to reflect current requirements of the clients based on feedback from Legal, Finance & Operations team.\nOwn the documents through Docusign platform.\nReview documents & flag specific business and legal terms that require approval.\nEnsure NDAs, MSAs & SOWs are all stored appropriately.\nReview & data pull of existing contracts to assist in account-level analysis.\nCreating, updating, and maintaining records for business entities.Overseeing and coordinating across the APAC region, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.\nMaintain and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), trackers, and process documentation.\nMonitor trackers and records to ensure information remains current, accurate, and aligned with internal processes.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to address queries, resolve discrepancies, and support smooth entity management operations.\nWhat technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?\nGood customer engagement skills are required;\nGood documentation and process experience is required;\nGood written and verbal communication skills is mandatory;\nHigh level of attention to detail;\nAbility to perform under pressure while balancing competing priorities from multiple stakeholders;\nInterpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels;\nDiscretion when handling confidential information.\nGraduate/ Postgraduate in law and commerce/ Business Administration/ Business Studies from reputed colleges/ Semi -
