Passionate about service quality, giving back to the community, and devoted to continuous improvement, CSC is the business behind business®.\nSome of the things you’ll be doing:\nBuild relationships with our clients to better understand their unique needs and concerns\nResearch, analyze, review, and process legal documents\nFulfill requests and answer questions for internal and external customers via phone or electronically\nProvide excellent client service to both internal and external clients\nManage client portfolios and organize workflow to meet clients’ time frames and demands\nData entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents\nNavigate between multiple databases quickly and accurately\nRecommend process improvements where applicable\nMaintain and grow existing client business by providing outstanding service and by recognizing and proactively offering appropriate services\n\nWhat technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?\nAt least 3 years of experience working in a customer service or administrative capacity\nEnergetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment\nAttention to detail and accuracy\nStrong research skills\nStrong prioritization and time-management skills\nFlexibility and agility, with the ability to multitask\nProblem-solving skills\nStrong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nSalesforce experience a plus\nCandidates for this position must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
