We're looking for a dynamic, team player with strong analytical and communication skills, good knowledge of financial statement preparation, and a solid understanding of bookkeeping.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nReview and posting of Journal entries and other bookkeeping activities\nPreparation and review of management accounts and its schedules\nPreparation and Review of Financial statements (including Consolidation if required) and annual statutory financial reports as well as monthly / quarterly financial report for clients \niXBRL filings / preparation of publication accounts\nRegulatory filings as per jurisdiction requirements\nAssistance to Internal and External Financial / Compliance auditors\nVAT /GST registration and administration \nAdherence to SOPs and TAT for all activities\nGood understanding of financial statements preferable with some audit background\nWorking closely with onshore colleagues who will co-ordinate with the external parties such as accountants, law firms and tax advisors \nProactively handling various client queries in a timely and professional manner \nCoaching, training, guiding junior /new joiners in the team \nClient Interaction \nEducation, Qualification and Skills:\nQualified CA (1-3 years of relevant experience post article ship)\nPossess a strong concept of book-keeping and GAAP / IFRS standards.\nA good team player, independent, meticulous, proactive, attentive to details, self-motivated and able to adapt in new challenges and with excellent communication skills \nProficient with preparation, review and control check points on financial statements\nPotential to lead and guide team\nProficient in Excel/MS Office \nRisk identification and process lean\nProficiency in accounting software- BCE\nKnowledge in accounting for Holding companies, dividend accounting and intercompany loans\nMIS
