Passionate about service quality, giving back to the community, and devoted to continuous improvement, CSC is the business behind business®.\nSome of the things you’ll be doing:\nBuild relationships with our clients to better understand their unique needs and concerns\nFulfill requests and answer questions for internal and external customers\nRespond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronically\nProvide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients\nOrganize the workflow to meet customers’ time frames and demands\nNavigate between multiple databases quickly and accurately\nRecommend process improvements where applicable\nMaintain and grow existing customer business by providing outstanding service and by recognizing and proactively offering appropriate services\nWhat technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?\nExperience working in a customer service or administrative capacity\nEnergetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment\nAttention to detail and accuracy\nStrong prioritization and time-management skills\nFlexibility and agility, with the ability to multitask\nProblem-solving skills\nStrong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel\nEffective verbal and written communication skills\nSalesforce experience a plus\nAt CSC, compensation decisions are dependent on a number of factors including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual.
