The role involves working closely with the team to meet client expectations, streamline processes, and maintain strong client relationships.\nSome of the things you’ll be doing:\nOversee day-to-day Fund/SPV administration for Real Estate portfolios, including preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts and reporting, year-end financial statements, assisting with audits, coordinating tax compliance, and managing payment services for unit trusts and private companies.\nCalculation of net asset values on a variety of complex Real Estate Funds as well as preparation of NAV packs.\nServe as the central point of contact for a portfolio of Australian client accounts.\nEnsure work is delivered to a high standard and provide coaching and guidance to junior staff and team in India where necessary.\nManage relationships internally and with external service providers, including auditors, tax advisors, and property managers.\nAssist with the onboarding of new clients.\nParticipate in ad hoc projects as required.\nBuild and maintain strong client relationship\nWhat technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?\n2-7 years of relevant experience in fund administration, fund houses, or professional accounting firms.\nHold an accounting qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/ACA etc) or progressing towards one\nPossess knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Australian Accounting Standards (AAS).\nExcellent team collaboration skills.\nStrong client service orientation with a focus on delivering results.\nExceptional organisational, analytical, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nExpertise in Yardi, not required but
