The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, solid industry experience, and the ability to manage end-to-end accounting processes independently. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nFund Accounting & Financial Operations\nPrepare accounting entries and maintain accurate books and records for Luxembourg real estate fund structures (e.g., RAIF, SIF, SICAV/SICAF, SCSp).\n\nPrepare NAV calculations, capital accounts, management fees, and other recurring fund-level workings.\n\nRecord real estate-related transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, rental income, development costs, financing, and SPV activities.\n\nEnsure all accounting work complies with Lux GAAP and/or IFRS as applicable.\n\nSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes and reconciliations.\n\nInvestor Services & Capital Activity\nPrepare performance fee and carried interest calculations (including waterfall/hurdle mechanics) under guidance from senior team members.\n\nAssist in preparing investor distribution calculations and assist in processing payments in line with fund documentation.\n\nAssist in preparing PCAPs (Payment & Capital Account Statements), investor notices, and related communication templates.\n\nAssist with the preparation of capital call notices, subscription/redemption workings, and investor transfers.\n\nMaintain accurate investor allocation data and support updates to investor registers.\n\nCross Department & Stakeholder Coordination\nWork closely with AML/KYC, Transfer Agency, Legal, Fund Administration, and Operations teams to gather required documents and ensure smooth execution of investor and fund transactions.\n\nSupport coordination with external stakeholders (fund administrators, depositaries, auditors, valuers, and tax advisors) by providing requested data and schedules.\n\nAssist with onboarding activities for new funds and new investors, including preparation of operational documentation.\n\nReporting & Compliance\nPrepare investor reporting packages, capital account statements, and respond to routine investor data requests.\n\nAssist in the preparation of annual financial statements and provide required support for yearly audits.\n\nEnsure accurate maintenance of data required for AIFMD, CSSF, and other regulatory reporting activities.\n\nSupport timely delivery of internal and external reporting deadlines.\n\nProcess Improvement & Team Support\nContribute to improving processes, templates, and documentation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.\n\nSupport implementation of system enhancements, automation initiatives, and data quality improvements.\n\nCollaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent application of accounting and investor servicing standards.\n\nAudit Assistance & Financial Close\nAct as a key coordinator for the annual audit process, ensuring audits are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.\n\nPrepare and review audit deliverables, including financial statements, supporting schedules, and audit evidence.\n\nLiaise with external auditors, administrators, valuers, and internal stakeholders to resolve audit queries efficiently.\n\nMonitor audit timelines, track open points, and ensure timely closure of audit issues.\n\nSupport implementation of audit recommendations and improvements to controls.\n\nQualifications & Skills:\nHaving 2+ years of experience in Fund Accounting, specially across Real Estate funds.\n\nStrong technical and analytical skills;
