Engineers own services end-to-end: design, build, ship, monitor.\nWhat makes CSC engineering distinct: we treat AI as a first-class production concern, not a side project. Engineers here build systems where LLMs classify, generate, and decide at scale - with cost functions, confidence routing, and graduated autonomy. If you’ve never built production AI systems, that’s fine - but you should be excited to learn.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop well-designed, testable, and scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frameworks.\nExplore and integrate AI tools to streamline development and improve user engagement.\nDeliver new features and optimize existing experiences at speed and scale within an agile workflow.\nParticipate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers.\nWrite and maintain unit tests and automated test suites to ensure code quality and reliability.\nPartner closely with product, design, and back-end engineering to ship cohesive end-to-end features.\nStay current with the latest trends in front-end engineering, design patterns, and AI-driven development.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years building complex, high-performing web applications.\nDeep expertise in React and JavaScript ES6/TypeScript.\nSolid understanding of web performance, accessibility, and security best practices.\nProven track record of writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.\nStrong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.\nExcellent collaboration and communication abilities\nExperience with AI technologies like Cursor AI, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar tools to support Frontend development and user engagement strategies is a plus.\nPreferred Qualifications\nUX/UI design sensibilities and experience collaborating closely with design teams.\nFunctional programming experience.\nWhy Join\nThe people who do best here are builders.
