Whether you are at HQ, in a retail store, or remote, you will be part of a team that thrives on energy, exploration, and connection.\nLocation: Hybrid - Cottonwood Heights, Utah\nSchedule: 2-3 days a week (16-24/hour a week)\nAbout the Role\nBackcountry's creator and social commerce programs are growing, and the brand marketing team needs hands-on support to scale influencer sourcing, campaign execution, and community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.\nAs the Social Commerce Intern, you will work directly alongside the brand marketing team to manage creator pipelines, coordinate product seeding, and help execute campaigns end to end. Success in this internship means consistently delivering reliable support that keeps campaigns on track and creator relationships moving forward.\nWhat You'll Do\nFind and vet influencers and UGC creators on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms\nManage creator pipelines, content calendars, and product gifting/seeding lists\nAssist with campaign execution from briefing through delivery and reporting\nSupport occasional paid social campaigns alongside organic efforts\nReview creator content for FTC compliance, including proper disclosures and sponsored tags\nMonitor social media channels, respond to community interactions, and contribute to light content creation\nWhat We're Looking For\nBasic knowledge of social media trends and platforms\nFamiliarity with TikTok, Instagram, and emerging creator platforms\nStrong interest in the creator economy and social commerce\nEager to learn, ask questions, and take initiative on tasks\nWhy Join\nThe people who do best here are builders.
