Our local presence, coupled with CSC’s robust affiliate network, assists our clients with their subsidiaries' compliance obligations, regardless of where in the world they are registered.\nAs a Global Subsidiary Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the corporate compliance and transactional needs of multinational corporation entity portfolios.\nIn this role, you will be required to collaborate with customer contacts inclusive of General Counsel and internal fulfillment teams to meet annual compliance deadlines, oversee the completion of ad hoc transactions, and assist with corporate secretarial and governance needs on behalf of the clients we serve.\nSomeone who loves problem solving, is self-motivated, has managed multiple projects and thrives in a fast-paced environment will do well in this position. Our most successful employees are deadline-driven, thrive in an agile environment, critical thinkers and work well as a team player.\nThis role requires a strong ability to:\nPrioritize and manage conflicting priorities\n\nA high-level of organizational skills\n\nThe ability to accurately and concisely communicate details and work effectively given minimal direction.\n\nSome of the things you'll be doing:\nServing as the primary point of contact for any GSM Service needs and managing a global portfolio for clients.\nManagement of communication received from customers and internal fulfillment teams via Salesforce\nCRM\nTimely review, respond and/or initiate client requests\nManage client project requests internally and externally.\nResearch and evaluation of jurisdictional requirements necessary for corporate filings\n\nLiaise between the customer and internal fulfillment teams to process any annual compliance and transactional filings\n\nAssisting with customer questions and providing on-the-spot status updates\n\nFacilitating client and/or vendor calls to provide updates on the status of open projects\n\nManage the accuracy of all client information in our Company Records and Entity Management\n\napplications\n\nWhat technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?\nParalegal experience preferred but not required.\n\nPrior experience in compliance, global governance, Corporate Secretary, KYC / AML a plus.\n\nStrong communication skills, ability to think on your feet, critical thinking, leveraging resources and problem solving.\n\nProject Management, ability to adopt to change in a fast paced, agile environment.\n\nEnjoys helping people and customer service.\n\nTeam player, collaborative mindset.\n\nServe as Mentor for Associate & Jr level GSC\n\nDemonstrate SME / Jurisdictional knowledge based on client portfolios.\n\nReviews own work for accuracy and completeness, identifying inconsistencies or discrepancies that indicate problems with the quality of work.\n\nIdentifies main concepts and ideas when completing simple, straightforward tasks.\n\nVerifies the accuracy of details that are important to others.
