Responsibilities include onboarding new joiners, completing monthly data audits, supporting global mobility and immigration processes, and contributing to projects designed to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of our team.\nThis is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to global HR practices while developing experience in employee onboarding, HR operations, compliance, and cross-functional partnership.\nThis is a six-month temporary position.\nSome of the things you will be doing:\nManage the onboarding process for new joiners across the Americas region, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience.\n\nGather, review, and confirm the completeness and accuracy of required onboarding documentation to support compliance and ensure new hires are ready for their start date.\n\nPartner with Talent Acquisition, new hires, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure onboarding activities are completed accurately and on time.\n\nLiaise with external vendors as needed to gather information and support the onboarding process.\n\nInitiate background checks with vendors and escalate exceptions or non-compliant results as appropriate.\n\nAudit reports and employee data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving discrepancies to support compliance and data integrity.\n\nCompile, maintain, and analyze data for team scorecards, reporting, and other business analysis.\n\nUpload and maintain employment documentation within internal HCM and records databases.\n\nMaintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee and employment information.\n\nContribute ideas and participate in ongoing process improvements designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Global Onboarding service delivery.\n\nAssist with global mobility and immigration-related processes as needed.\n\nSupport ad-hoc projects and other team initiatives as required.\n\nWhat technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?\nPrevious experience of employee onboarding, Human Resources operations, or recruitment, or a related field.\n\nExperience working with confidential employee information and maintaining accurate records in a compliance-focused environment.\n\nStrong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage processes and documentation accurately.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nClient-focused mindset with a commitment to providing a positive employee experience.\n\nSelf-starter who works effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team-oriented environment.\n\nTechnical proficiency in Microsoft products and HCM systems or other complex, multi-faceted systems and processes.\n\nOracle HSM experience preferred but not
