Working with marketing leaders, channel specialists, creative and content teams, and business stakeholders, you will connect the people, processes, and information needed to keep work moving. You will maintain a reliable view of active work, establish efficient workflows, and help teams meet commitments.\nAdvanced, hands-on Wrike experience is required. You should be ready to administer and improve an established environment, guide experienced users, and configure workflows for complex marketing operations. Experience with Wrike’s AI functionality is preferred.\nWhat you’ll do:\nWrike platform ownership\nAdminister Wrike, including request forms, project templates, workflows, custom fields, automation, permissions, dashboards, and reports.\nEstablish standards for project setup, task updates, documentation, and closeout to keep platform information accurate and consistent.\nTrain users, maintain guidance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Wrike support as needed.\nEvaluate platform usage and implement improvements that simplify work and strengthen adoption, including AI and automation.\nMarketing project management\nManage intake and translate requests into clear objectives, deliverables, owners, timelines, and approval requirements.\nCoordinate assignments, dependencies, handoffs, and review cycles across marketing teams and business stakeholders.\nMaintain project plans and follow up with owners to keep work moving and statuses current.\nIdentify risks, enforce deadlines, manage scope and schedule changes, and escalate obstacles or decisions requiring leadership input.\nLead focused project discussions and document decisions and next steps.\nPlanning and process improvement\nProvide leaders with visibility into workload, capacity, delivery performance, and upcoming deadlines.\nSupport prioritization by identifying competing demands and resource constraints.\nImprove briefing, production, and approval processes to reduce delays and rework.\nWhat you’ll bring:\nSignificant experience managing concurrent marketing projects across multiple teams and channels.\nAdvanced Wrike proficiency, including platform administration, workflow configuration, request forms, templates, automation, dashboards, reporting, and experience improving or scaling an established environment.\nDemonstrated success improving a Wrike environment and establishing consistent project management practices.\nUnderstanding of creative production, copy review, campaign execution, social media, email, and webinar processes.\nStrong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.\nClear communication skills and the ability to hold stakeholders accountable while maintaining productive working relationships.\nSound judgment when balancing deadlines, capacity, and business priorities.\nPreferred experience\nEnterprise B2B marketing, professional services, or regulated industries.\nSupporting teams across complex and differentiated business units, regions, and time zones.\nFamiliarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, ON24, or social media management platforms.\nRelevant Wrike training or project management certification.\nWhat success looks like:\nWrike provides an accurate view of marketing work, teams understand their responsibilities and deadlines, and leaders can make informed prioritization decisions.
