cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features.\nTroubleshoot issues, working tenaciously to understand the root cause.\nCollaborate with Oracle development when issues require escalation and ensure they are resolved. \nDevelop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions.\nSupport the planning, scoping, and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities, through to continuous delivery to production.\nDrive common vision, practices, and capabilities across the team.\nProvide expertise related to reporting, analytics, and dashboards.\nWhat technical skills, qualifications, and experience do you need?\nMinimum of 10 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud \nProject implementation or support experience with many of the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Time and Labor, Absence, Learn, Benefits, and Recruiting\nExperience with HCM Extract, HDL, PBL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formulas, Workflows, OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) and Alerts\nAutomate repetitive HR processes using AI/ML tools and Oracle HCM features\nCollaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions\nExperience developing integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third party vendors (payroll, benefit providers)\nKnowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud data model, SQL, PLSQL & Java\nKnowledge of web service development, design and specifications writing with SOAP and REST\nKnowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud security\nDemonstrated ability to listen to customer needs and provide a solution\nCollaborative and inquisitive nature\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people who have technical and non-technical backgrounds\nBachelor's Degree in technical discipline preferably Computer Science or Software Development\nPreferred Qualifications:\nOracle HCM Cloud Certification (Technical or AI/ML-focused)\nExperience with JavaScript, Python, or any AI-related programming languages\nFamiliarity with security concepts in HCM
