for Property/real estate funds and SPVs, including NAV preparation, financial statement support, and investor reporting.\nYour Responsibilities:\nPerform day to day accounting and bookkeeping for Property/real estate funds and SPVs, including recording journal entries and maintaining accurate ledgers.\nPrepare monthly and quarterly NAV packs, supporting schedules, and reconciliations (bank, loans, AP/AR, intercompany).\nAssist with valuation updates, transaction accounting (acquisitions, disposals, financing), and period end close activities.\nPrepare investor capital statements, waterfall workings, and periodic investor reporting.\nSupport audit requests, financial reporting deliverables, and overall WTC (work-to-complete) requirements to meet client deadlines.\nEnsure all accounting records, documentation, and processes are maintained accurately and in compliance with internal controls.\nMonitor cash positions, prepare cash reconciliations, and track fund expenses.\nMaintain documentation for fund activities, supporting schedules, and workpapers in an organized manner.\nAssist in preparing ad hoc reports and responding to client queries as needed\nYour Profile:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com/M.Com/BBA/MBA/ICWAI/PGDBM/CA/Inter CA).\nCPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.\n3-6yrs experience of experience in fund accounting, preferably within Property/Real Estate Funds, SPVs, or alternative investment structures.\nStrong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards (IFRS/UK GAAP).\nGood understanding of Property/real estate fund operations, property manager statements, valuation reports, and company, partnership, and trust accounting.\nExperience with fund accounting platforms such as Investran, Yardi, NavOne, or similar systems is preferred.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and process management skills with high attention to detail.\nExcellent communication skills in English and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and committed to meeting client deadlines in a fast-paced
