This is a hands-on, high-impact role requiring expertise in BI platforms, SQL - combined with the leadership ability to influence stakeholders, and drive data governance standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Analysis & Insights\nLead complex, cross-functional data analyses to uncover strategic insights that inform commercial, operational, and financial decisions across the Capital Markets business unit.\n\nIndependently scope, design, and deliver analytics projects from requirements gathering through to executive presentation - with minimal supervision.\n\nDashboard & Reporting Architecture\nArchitect, build, and govern a suite of Domo dashboards and reports serving Leadership, Commercial, Product Operations, and Finance - ensuring scalability, performance, and data accuracy.\n\nDefine and enforce dashboard standards, naming conventions, and best practices across the Insights team.\n\nData Quality & Governance\nDefine and enforce data quality standards, validation frameworks, and reconciliation processes across all analytics outputs.\n\nDocument data definitions, lineage, and business logic to support audit readiness and team scalability.\n\nStakeholder Engagement & Leadership\nServe as a trusted analytics partner to senior stakeholders across Product Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Leadership - translating complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives.\n\nDrive alignment on analytics priorities, manage competing stakeholder requests, and communicate timelines and trade-offs effectively.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n4-7 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.\n\nDemonstrated track record of leading analytics projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.\n\nPrior experience in financial services, capital markets, or fund administration is a strong plus.\n\nProficiency in Domo - including DataFlows, Beast Mode, Domo Everywhere, and connector management.
