improve service reliability\nBuild reusable components and frameworks for automation (API, libraries, templates, utilities)\nCreate scheduled jobs, event-driven automations, and workflow orchestrations as required\nBuild and maintain integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, file-based interfaces, and messaging patterns\nDesign and implement data transformations, validation, and reconciliation between systems\nWork with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot integration issues and support changes\nMaintain the resource inventory updated and the CRM to provide excellent customer service support\nEnsure integrations are secure, scalable, and supportable\nDevelop and maintain automation services and tooling using Python\nDevelop and maintain solutions using .NET \nApply clean code practices, unit testing, and maintainable architecture\nConduct code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and patterns\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automation solutions (build, test, security scanning, release)\nOperate solutions in production: monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response\nImprove reliability using SRE-style practices (observability, SLIs/SLOs, runbooks, automation of toil)\nProvide support for automation services and integrations, including incident triage and resolution\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventative fixes\nMaintain runbooks, operational documentation, and knowledge articles\nIdentify opportunities to improve performance, resilience, and cost efficiency\nApply secure engineering practices: least privilege, secrets management, secure coding, dependency hygiene\nEnsure solutions comply with operational and audit requirements (logging, traceability, change control)\nWhat Technical Skills, Experience, and qualifications do you need\nStrong software engineering experience with Python \nExperience building integrations, including:REST APIs, authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, API keys, certificates)\nData formats (JSON, XML, CSV)\nMessaging/event-driven concepts (queues/topics) is a plus\n\nExperience with unit and integration testing, test automation, and applying quality gates.\nStrong code review discipline and adherence to documentation standards, using DevOps and AI tools.\nTroubleshooting skills across application, network, and data layers, with the ability to document root causes and solutions clearly.\nKnowledge of performance tuning and reliability patterns, such as timeouts, retries, and circuit breakers.\nTypically, 3-6+ years of relevant engineering experience (automation, backend, integration, or platform roles).\nDemonstrated experience delivering end-to-end solutions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a systematic debugging approach.\nClear communicator, comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nOwnership mindset, taking responsibility for outcomes in production.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver incrementally.\nGood to have:\nExperience with .NET (C#, VB) in production environments.\nHands-on knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform administration.\nPrevious experience using DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management\nSource control with Git and effective branching strategies\nObservability practices (logs, metrics, tracing) and operational readiness\n\nExperience in regulated or compliance-driven environments is
