Exposure to Private Equity, REITs, SPV structures, AIFM, and Depositary services is highly desirable.\nSome of the things you’ll be doing:\nDesign and deliver engaging training programs across capital markets, fund accounting, and financial services operations \nDevelop structured learning paths, SOPs, process training materials, and case-based content aligned to business needs \nLead Training Needs Identification (TNI) initiatives to assess capability gaps and implement targeted learning solutions \nConduct training workshops for senior stakeholders, covering governance, regulatory frameworks, and product/service offerings \nPartner with SMEs and business leaders to co-create content across SPV services, AIFM, Depositary, and capital markets domains \nDesign and administer assessments, case studies, and certification frameworks to evaluate learning effectiveness \nTrack and report training metrics, feedback, and effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement \nSupport operational training and onboarding, enabling seamless transition of new hires into business roles \nManage end-to-end training programs, including planning, execution, governance, and reporting \nDrive knowledge management initiatives, including documentation, repositories, and process standardization \nContribute to digital learning initiatives, including e-learning modules and blended learning solutions \nWhat technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?\n2-3 years of operational experience in Capital Markets and Fund Accounting \nCA Freshers (2nd-5th attempt) with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of financial markets \nMBA (Finance) graduates (last 2 years) with a passion for training, content development, and operational excellence \nExposure to Private Equity, REITs, SPV structures, or alternative investments \nFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks such as AML/KYC, AIFM, FATCA, etc. \nExperience in global training delivery and stakeholder management \nStrong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills (proficiency level: 4/5 or above) \nAbility to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse
