Experience in large-scale commercial or overseas projects is preferred.\n\nProficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. Familiarity with Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, or other BIM-related software is preferred.\n\nAbility to independently develop and maintain BIM models and prepare detailed shop drawings based on design drawings and project requirements.\n\nGood understanding of architectural and construction drawings, construction methods, and coordination between different disciplines.\n\nExperience in BIM clash detection, model coordination, design optimization, and technical problem-solving.\n\nGood communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.\n\nAble to work independently, meet project schedules, and handle multiple tasks under pressure.\n\nGood English communication skills, both written and spoken. Arabic or Chinese language skills are an advantage.\n\nCandidates with experience in overseas construction projects, particularly in Egypt or the Middle East, will be given preference.
