are seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to coordinate mechanical and electrical works for our construction projects in Singapore, including port and marine infrastructure works.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan, coordinate and supervise M&E installation works in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications and the construction schedule.\nReview M&E drawings and technical specifications, identify discrepancies and coordinate interfaces with civil and structural works.\nPrepare and coordinate technical submissions, material submissions, method statements, requests for information and inspection requests.\nLiaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to resolve technical issues and coordinate equipment deliveries and installation activities.\nMonitor work progress and installation quality, arrange site inspections and follow up on corrective actions.\nCoordinate testing and commissioning activities with specialist contractors, and follow up on defects and outstanding works.\nMaintain project documentation, including progress reports, inspection and test records, as-built drawings, and operation and maintenance manuals for handover.\nCoordinate with the site and safety teams to ensure that M&E works follow approved work procedures and applicable safety requirements.\nRequirements\nDiploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination, installation or construction project execution.\nExperience with Singapore construction projects is preferred.\nExperience in port, terminal, jetty or other marine infrastructure construction projects would be an advantage.\nGood understanding of M&E drawings, technical submissions, installation requirements, site inspections, and testing and commissioning procedures.\nProficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.\nAbility to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage, as the role involves technical coordination with Mandarin-speaking project team members and subcontractors.\nStrong coordination, communication and
