This individual will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Release Train Engineers, architects, cybersecurity professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful planning, development, testing, and deployment of solutions.\nResponsibilities\nCoach and lead Agile teams within a Scaled Agile Framework environment\nFacilitate team breakout sessions during PI Planning to define work and establish PI objectives\nFacilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, demonstrations, and other Agile ceremonies\nSupport effective execution of work throughout each Program Increment\nFacilitate backlog refinement in collaboration with Product Owners and Business Analysts\nIdentify, track, and remove impediments that affect team efficiency and delivery\nCoordinate with organizational stakeholders to resolve cross-team impediments and dependencies\nDevelop and maintain Agile delivery metrics to measure team performance and identify improvement opportunities\nPerform capacity planning to support effective iteration and Program Increment planning\nCollaborate with other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and promote consistency across teams\nCoordinate with architects, cybersecurity subject matter experts, and other technical stakeholders to promote effective communication across engineering disciplines\nManage product-release activities and dependencies among internal teams, Scrum teams, and third parties\nSupport development and maintenance of product roadmaps\nCoach teams on Agile practices, continuous improvement, and high-performing team behaviors\nDevelop new processes and refine existing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity\nParticipate in and contribute to Agile Communities of Practice\nSupport appropriate staffing and resource alignment for assigned Epics and Features\nCoordinate and allocate work to support technical performance and business objectives\nProvide guidance and facilitate problem resolution throughout the delivery lifecycle\nPromote product quality and timely completion of team commitments\nMinimum Requirements\nU.S. citizenship\nMust be able to obtain a Federal Secret security clearance (Active clearance preferred)\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience\nAt least seven years of related professional experience\nCertified ScrumMaster or Certified SAFe Scrum Master certification\nSignificant experience coaching and supporting Scrum teams\nAt least three years of experience leading teams using Agile Scrum or a Scaled Agile approach\nStrong knowledge of Agile and SAFe principles, practices, and ceremonies\nUnderstanding of the software development lifecycle, including planning, development, requirements management, configuration management, quality assurance, testing, and release management\nExperience facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, demonstrations, and PI Planning activities\nExperience managing team dependencies and removing delivery impediments\nCreativity and adaptability in problem-solving\nAbility to work with clients to understand their needs\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nProfessional presence\nPreferred Skills\nSAFe Advanced Scrum Master certification\nSAFe Practitioner certification or another Scaled Agile certification\nExperience working with continuous deployment models\nExperience supporting Agile Release Trains and collaborating with Release Train Engineers\nExperience developing and monitoring Agile team metrics\nExperience with capacity planning and dependency management across multiple Agile teams\nExperience supporting product roadmaps and release planning\nDemonstrated ability to apply advanced Agile principles and concepts to improve team performance and delivery\nExperience developing or refining Agile processes to improve quality and productivity\nExperience participating in or leading Agile Communities of Practice\nAbility to work in a team environment, as well as independently\nStrong customer and vendor relationship skills\nDemonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies\nMotivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value\nPast experience working with a federal government agency\nDepartment of War experience is a plus!\nAbout CSCI\nCSCI is an award-winning information technology and financial management consulting firm founded on one simple philosophy: “Do what is right, always.” We apply this philosophy across all elements of our growing business, from delivering world-class services for customers to providing an environment where associates thrive both personally and professionally.
