This position will support form creation, management, settlement, cost calculation, invoice verification, and integration with other SAP modules and external interfaces.\nThe ideal candidate will bring hands-on SAP Forms and Financial Accounting configuration experience, strong logistics business-process knowledge, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.\nResponsibilities\nLead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Forms processes\nConfigure and maintain form creation, management, and execution functionality\nDevelop and customize SAP Forms, including layouts, form logic, and integrations with other SAP modules\nConfigure form settlement documents and associated invoice-verification processes\nOversee settlement, cost calculation, and cost-distribution processes\nSupport visibility and reporting for form-related costs\nConfigure automatic posting of form costs within SAP and applicable external interfaces\nSupport accurate revenue and cost recognition\nEnsure effective integration between SAP Forms and other SAP modules, including Transportation Management, Financial Accounting, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, and Extended Warehouse Management\nCollaborate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to reconcile form-related invoices\nWork with SAP S/4HANA, logistics, financial, and interface teams to support integration with the financial system of record\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions\nManage system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives\nTroubleshoot functional and integration issues and coordinate their resolution with technical and business teams\nSupport timely completion of project deliverables\nMinimum Requirements\nU.S. citizenship\nMust be able to obtain a Federal Secret security clearance (Active clearance preferred)\nAt least five years of SAP Forms management experience\nExperience developing and customizing SAP Forms, including layout design, form logic, and cross-module integration\nHands-on configuration experience with SAP Forms and SAP Financial Accounting\nStrong knowledge of form settlement, cost calculation, and cost distribution\nExperience configuring settlement documents and invoice-verification processes\nExperience with general ledger account determination and cost postings\nStrong understanding of integration points among SAP Forms, Financial Accounting, Sales and Distribution, and Materials Management\nExperience supporting end-to-end order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes\nStrong logistics business-process knowledge\nAbility to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team\nAbility to manage priorities with a sense of urgency and support on-time project delivery\nCreativity and adaptability in problem-solving\nAbility to work with clients to understand their needs\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nProfessional presence\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with embedded SAP Forms in SAP S/4HANA\nExperience with intercompany form billing\nKnowledge of the revenue-recognition impacts associated with form charges\nFamiliarity with electronic data interchange or API integrations with carriers\nExperience supporting federal or public-sector environments\nExperience supporting global transportation or logistics operations\nApplicable DoD IAT Level I baseline certification\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience\nSAP Forms or SAP Financial Accounting certification\nAbility to work in a team environment, as well as independently\nStrong customer and vendor relationship skills\nDemonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies\nMotivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value\nPast experience working with a federal government agency\nDepartment of War experience is a plus!\nAbout CSCI\nCSCI is an award-winning information technology and financial management consulting firm founded on one simple philosophy: “Do what is right, always.” We apply this philosophy across all elements of our growing business, from delivering world-class services for customers to providing an environment where associates thrive both personally and professionally.
