The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP Integration Suite, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP integration middleware, and Service-Oriented Architecture.\nThe selected candidate will help ensure integration capabilities align with Department of Defense transportation doctrine, applicable regulatory requirements, and SAP Clean Core principles while supporting complex integrations across government and commercial transportation environments \nResponsibilities\nAnalyze customer business operations to validate requirements, define scope, recommend process improvements, and support level-of-effort estimates\nTranslate business and technical requirements into end-to-end integration solutions\nDesign and develop integration flows using synchronous, asynchronous, event-driven, and API-led integration patterns\nEvaluate, model, and design interface objects using enterprise Service-Oriented Architecture principles\nConfigure connectors, mappings, routing rules, and security protocols, including OAuth, SAML, and SSL/TLS\nConfigure standard and custom adapters, including SFTP, REST, SOAP, OData, JDBC, and IDoc\nDevelop and manage message mapping, data transformations, and routing processes\nConfigure electronic data interchange interfaces using Trading Partner Management\nImplement message mappings using message implementation guidelines and mapping guidelines\nConfigure AS2, SFTP, and OData adapters for electronic data interchange scenarios\nDevelop Groovy and Java scripts that support complex mappings between SAP instances and external systems\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and debug SAP integration flows to resolve functional and performance issues\nImplement SAP ABAP applications and interfaces\nDevelop, test, debug, implement, maintain, and document interfaces using SAP Proxy and IDoc technologies\nDevelop and maintain SAP design documents and technical specifications\nConduct unit, integration, and release testing to validate system functionality\nAdhere to established development standards and participate in code reviews\nCollaborate effectively with functional, technical, security, and business teams\nMinimum Requirements\nMust be able to obtain a Federal Secret security clearance (Active clearance preferred)\nAt least 15 years of SAP experience, including at least 10 years working with SAP integration middleware\nExtensive experience with SAP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration\nStrong experience with SAP Integration Advisor and SAP Business Technology Platform\nStrong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP BTP architecture\nDeep understanding of point-to-point, hub-and-spoke, publish-subscribe, and event-driven architecture\nExperience designing and implementing API, middleware, and event-driven integration patterns\nExperience supporting electronic data interchange and business-to-business integration scenarios\nProficiency with Groovy scripting, XSLT, and API management\nExperience developing, publishing, securing, monitoring, and managing APIs\nExperience implementing security policies using OAuth, SAML, and SSL/TLS\nStrong knowledge of REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, EDI, JSON, and XML\nExperience with EDIFACT and X12 electronic data interchange standards\nExperience configuring SFTP, REST, SOAP, OData, JDBC, IDoc, and AS2 adapters\nKnowledge of SAP IDoc processing and monitoring services\nExperience using SAP Cloud Integration IDoc sender and receiver adapters to transform SAP IDoc messages into XML\nKnowledge of SAP ABAP clients and server proxy technologies\nExperience developing and maintaining SAP design documents and technical specifications\nExperience conducting units, integration, and release testing\nAbility to follow established development standards and conduct code reviews\nCreativity and adaptability in problem-solving\nAbility to work with clients to understand their needs\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nProfessional presence\nPreferred Skills\nExperience supporting Department of Defense logistics or enterprise modernization programs\nExperience with Department of Defense electronic data interchange standards, including the Defense Transportation Electronic Business standard\nExperience working
