This individual will translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions while supporting project planning, budgeting, scheduling, reporting, testing, and production operations. \nResponsibilities\nConfigure and customize SAP Project System functionality, including Work Breakdown Structures, networks, activities, relationships, and milestones\nDesign and implement project structures that support cost planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management\nConfigure project templates and standardized project structures\nDevelop and maintain project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and reporting processes\nIntegrate SAP Project System with SAP Transportation Management and other SAP modules, including Controlling, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Financial Accounting, Plant Maintenance, and Production Planning\nConfigure and support project costing, budgeting, billing, revenue recognition, results analysis, settlement, and closing activities\nSupport resource planning and capacity-leveling processes\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP Project System solutions.\nFacilitate requirements discussions with business and technical stakeholders\nPrepare functional specifications, process documentation, configuration documentation, and end-user materials\nConduct end-user training and knowledge-transfer sessions\nTroubleshoot functional and integration issues and provide ongoing production support\nParticipate in unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities\nCollaborate with technical and functional teams to resolve issues and deliver system enhancements\nMaintain knowledge of SAP best practices and new Project System capabilities\nSupport client-site and implementation activities requiring limited travel\nMinimum Requirements\nU.S. citizenship\nMust be able to obtain a Federal Secret security clearance (Active clearance preferred)\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field\nAt least three to five years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP Project System solutions\nExperience configuring SAP Project System master data, Work Breakdown Structures, networks, activities, relationships, and milestones\nStrong knowledge of project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting\nExperience with project costing, cost planning, budgeting, billing, settlement, and revenue recognition\nUnderstanding of the integration points between SAP Project System and other SAP modules, including Controlling, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, and Financial Accounting\nExperience with resource planning and capacity leveling\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA\nExperience using SAP Project Builder, Project Planning Board, and Project System reporting tools\nKnowledge of results analysis and settlement configuration\nExperience supporting testing, data migration, implementation, and production activities.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong stakeholder-management, documentation, and presentation capabilities\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment\nCreativity and adaptability in problem-solving\nAbility to work with clients to understand their needs\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nProfessional presence\nPreferred Skills\nKnowledge of SAP Transportation Management integration with SAP Project System\nExperience with claims management and progress analysis\nBasic knowledge of ABAP\nExperience with SAP Fiori or SAPUI5\nSAP Certified Application Associate credential in SAP Project System or a comparable SAP certification\nProject Management Professional certification or a similar project-management credential\nCustomer-focused approach to requirements analysis, solution delivery, and production support\nAbility to work in a team environment, as well as independently\nStrong customer and vendor relationship skills\nDemonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies\nMotivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value\nPast experience working with a federal government agency\nDepartment of War experience is a plus!\nAbout CSCI\nCSCI is an award-winning information technology and financial management consulting firm founded on one simple philosophy: “Do what is right, always.” We apply this philosophy across all elements of our growing business, from delivering world-class services for customers to providing an environment where associates thrive both personally and professionally.
