Description\nCSCI Consulting is looking for an experienced SAP Security Administrator to safeguard SAP environments and ensure compliance with organizational security policies, regulatory requirements, and established security standards.\nThe SAP Security Administrator will design, implement, and maintain roles, authorizations, and security controls across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Business Technology Platform, and related environments.\nThe ideal candidate will have extensive SAP Security experience, advanced knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control, and a strong understanding of identity management, compliance, risk mitigation, and SAP security architecture. \nResponsibilities\nDesign, implement, maintain, and optimize SAP security roles and authorizations\nAdminister security across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Business Technology Platform, and related SAP environments\nManage and optimize SAP GRC Access Control to support regulatory compliance and risk mitigation\nConfigure and maintain SAP Fiori and SAP BTP security frameworks\nIntegrate identity management solutions with SAP applications and system landscapes\nMonitor SAP applications and environments for security issues, vulnerabilities, and unauthorized access\nTroubleshoot and resolve SAP security, role, authorization, and access-control issues\nConduct recurring security audits, access reviews, and compliance assessments\nIdentify security risks and recommend appropriate corrective or mitigating actions\nDevelop, document, implement, and enforce SAP security policies, procedures, and best practices\nCollaborate with functional, technical, cybersecurity, audit, and business teams to support secure system deployments and upgrades\nProvide SAP security guidance throughout system implementation, enhancement, and maintenance activities\nMaintain awareness of evolving SAP security capabilities, industry trends, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats\nPrepare and maintain security documentation, audit evidence, and access-control records\nMinimum Requirements\nMust be able to obtain a Federal Secret security clearance (Active clearance preferred)\n12+ years of overall SAP experience\nAt least 10 years of specialized SAP Security experience\nHands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control\nExperience designing and administering security for SAP S/4HANA\nExperience configuring and supporting SAP Fiori security\nExperience configuring and supporting SAP Business Technology Platform security\nExperience integrating identity management solutions with SAP environments\nStrong understanding of SAP authorization concepts, role design, and security architecture\nExperience with SAP audit, compliance, and risk-management tools\nExperience conducting security audits and access reviews\nAbility to troubleshoot complex SAP security, access, and authorization issues\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams\nCreativity and adaptability in problem-solving\nAbility to work with clients to understand their needs\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nProfessional presence\nPreferred Skills\nAdvanced experience optimizing
